Joe Waite

Joe Waite began work in the carpentry trade in 1983 before adding facility maintenance into his portfolio in 2009. He is an accomplished facility director offering expertise in project management, grounds maintenance, operations and safety management. His over 30 years of experience allowed him to develop skills in problem-solving, team building, negotiation, leadership and departmental budgeting. Joe came to the FSC after years working in elderly housing to lead the creation and development of a Facilities department as the Director Facilities in Spring 2022.

As the FSC Director of Facilities, Joe has successfully grown the department and now oversees the development, implementation, and supervision of preventative maintenance and renovation programs for our buildings, grounds, mechanical and electrical, utility, and safety and security systems, impacting positively FSC’s internal infrastructure.
