Director of Homeless Programs

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 40 hours, flexibility and on-call needed to meet program needs

Type: : Exempt, Full-time, salary starting starts at $90,000/year

Job Purpose: The Director of Homeless Programs is responsible for developing, managing, and
evaluating programs to advance Friendship Service Center’s (FSC) mission, values, and strategic
objectives. Specifically, they oversee the organization's housing and homeless services. An
innovative thinker and visionary, they have experience in evidence-based practices, data-driven
programming, and building and implementing systems and processes. The Director of Housing
Programs plays a lead role in implementing FSC’s strategic plan, creating, and embedding a
Housing-first, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction model across all services, and ensuring the
integration and coordination of service delivery.

Supportive Housing Case Manager

Schedule: 40 hours per week; schedule may vary based on programmatic need.

Type: Non-Exempt, Full-time, starting at $22.00/hr

Job Purpose: The Supportive Housing Case Manager will ensure FSC Supportive Housing participants are gaining self-sufficiency within stable housing and that all services provided are meeting and exceeding agency and funder benchmarks and data quality.

Housing Stabilization Case Manager (Hope Connection Center)

Schedule: 40 hours per week; schedule may vary based on programmatic need. Some weekends/evening hours may be required.

Type: Non-Exempt, Full-time. Starts at $22/hr based on experience.

Job Purpose: The Housing Stabilization Case Manager is responsible for providing case management services to individuals, youth and families during their period of homelessness within a Drop-in Center, Emergency Shelter, and/or Transitional Living program.

Accounting Specialist

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., flexible to meet department needs

Type: Non-Exempt, Full-time, hourly, $22-$26/hr ($45,760 - $54,080/year) based on experience

Job Purpose: Accounting Specialist will collaborate with FSC Finance Team in support of overall accounting data entry and review.
